★★★★★★★★★★4.8 · 240 reviews · 3 hours · from $105Our pick

Palma hands-on Mediterranean fusion cooking class with local wines, farm-to-table ingredients, and recipe takeaways in a 3-hour evening.

“From the warm greeting to the immersion cooking class, it was relaxed and enjoyable. The staff could not do enough to explain, teach and make it an experience to remember. We also made 2 new friends as we shared our cooking and meal together If it is possible, the only improvement would be clear signage as it was difficult to notice (walked past it 3 times). No other improvement necessary, small group is perfect, food tasty and overall, a highlight of our holiday”

“Great!! Tour guide Mike has a great personality and the tour with him was a lot of fun. After a short test run/instruction we went to 3 great viewpoints. The trip in the trike can be highly recommended. The provider is great! And our 9-year-old son really enjoyed it and it left a lasting memory.”

We had a tour of the market, our guide was very insightful, friendly and had a wealth of knowledge about food and produce in Mallorca. We cooked some delicious dishes back at the kitchen and learnt a lot about traditional food and cooking. Such a lovely way to spend a day in Palma!”

Palma market stroll and hands-on cooking at Forn de sa Llotgeta. Learn seasonal Mallorca recipes, then eat a 4-course feast with wine.

“This was an excellent experience in every way. To have a guide with deep knowledge of the island’s history, food culture, and culinary traditions started our week in Mallorca on the best footing. The market visit was incredible, followed by a few hours at Deborah’s impressive, feel-good studio. It was a beautiful space to prep, cook and dine. And Deborah is a great instructor. Afterwards, she gave us guidance on some out-of-the-way places to visit, including restaurants and museums. Her classes change with the seasonal produce. We had winter, and are looking forward to intend to another season in the future. We love this island!”

Cook traditional paella in Banyalbufar, Mallorca. Walk village streets, sip sangria, make seafood paella with Patri in a home for small groups.

“This was one of our favourite things we did on our whole 5 week trip around Europe! It was super easy to get to by bus from Palma and you’re met by Patri with water. You then go on a little walk around the village - I’d recommend wearing something light as it was very hot the day we went. We then walked to Patri’s beautiful home where she explained how to make sangria and made us a huge jug of it to share amongst us (she even made me a seperate white sangria as I don’t drink red!). We sat down ate some cheese, crackers and Spanish sausage and…”

11.2-Hour Small Group Ceramic Workshop in a Natural Environment

★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 9 reviews · 2 hours (approx.) · from $56

2-hour small-group pottery in Fornalutx’s old olive grove, with hand-building, hot drinks, and Tramontana mountain views.

“Easy communication with owner, good instructions how to get there. Magnificent area around. Pottery itself was not perfect, more “solid” surface under work table would be nice. Also worth to mention that results of pottery are not fired in place, and some collaboration with some studio nearby would be helpful for guests, as transportation of not ready good in luggage could be tricky. Or have some nice boxes on the spot.”

“We had such a great lesson which we loved from start to finish- perfect conditions and a lovely teacher. However, we were really disappointed to not get the video as promised after and to have to chase it to then be told they might not be able to send one after all. We would have taken our own GoPro if we’d have known as we really wanted a memento of the experience.”
