“Lovely day trip, we were picked up 2 minutes away from our hotel and met up with more people at Palma and set off. We were very luck to be with Mariana, our fantastic guide, who had a lot of interesting information to share all along the trip, she even helped us out with recommendations for local desserts and almond icecream. Lolo our lovely driver was very kind to pick us up and drop us at our hotel. “Overall a very average day, spent almost an hour and a half picking everyone up in the morning, didn't leave Palma until almost 10am then made a pointless stop at a pearl factory which was essentially a 30 minute toilet break. The Hams caves were pretty amazing, worth a visit. Porto Cristo is so beautiful, pity you only get an hour here which is tight to get lunch. No other food is provided so this is only lunch option, perhaps if we hadn't spent so long at the pearl factory then that time could be spent enjoying lunch in Porto Cristo. “Der Treffpunkt wurde vorab per Standort gesendet. Auf die Nachfrage ob deutsch includiert sei wurde mit ja beantwortet , die vorherrige kommunikation um die gebuchte Tour auf ein Tag vorher zu verschieben, fand nur auf englisch statt. Die deutsche erklärung fand nur vom Band statt, das mehrfach abgespielt wurde weil es unterbrochen wurde. Zeitlich fand ich den ablauf zu eng getaktet, man wurde praktisch durch die Höhle getrieben. Die erklärung in der Höhle wurde schon früh gestartet so das man nichts davon gehört hat wenn man noch nicht am endpunkt war. man durfte von den Booten keine Fotos machen. Eine vorherige Zeit wann man im Bus sein sollte, wurde nur…”

“Tours are about the sites but also about the tour guide and ours was the absolute best. She took us to the caves, sharing all kinds of interesting information along the way to the caves and back and helped us enjoy a lovely lunch by the water before we returned back to the ship. The caves were terrific but definitely not for anybody who’s even a little claustrophobic or afraid of the dark. There is lighting and it is beautifully done, but the caves are not fully lit. The concert and the boat ride after the concert were nice added touch. Be prepared for about 100 steps, however, and once…”
