GYG a été contacté pour résoudre le problème, c’est honteux de laisser des clients patienter pour rien et ne pas répondre aux nombreux appels que j’ai passé. “This was a fantastic tour. The hotel pickup was very convenient, and the tour was wonderful, throughout. Our guide was fluent in German and English, and he spoke to us and the Germans, who were along on the tour with us, alternately, so everyone could understand. We took a scenic drive and visited a beautiful orange orchard / farm, where we had fresh oranges, fresh orange juice, a nice light lunch, and where we also enjoyed a little wine tasting. She met us and installed a two way radio into our car so that she could explain, give the history of things that we were seeing and we could ask questions back to her all while traveling. Fermata indesiderata in uno shop di pelli di circa 1 ora (persa). Alla fine - 30 min al mirador e 2 ore alla spiaggia.”

“Wir hatten Wanderung im tramuntana Gebirge gebucht. Die Wanderung wurde ohne uns vorher zu informieren, kurzerhand umverlegt an einen anderen Hügel. Davon haben wir erst erfahren, als wir schon im Wagen neben dem guide gesessen haben und uns aufgefallen ist, dass er in die falsche Richtung fährt. Als Grund wurde uns zu viel Wind genannt. Der Guide hat auch kein Deutsch gesprochen, obwohl so gebucht.”

“Leider waren bei unserer Tour keine anderen Kinder dabei, was unser Guide Maria uns jedoch einen Tag vorher mitgeteilt hat. Wir konnten jedoch an dem Ausweichtermin nicht und haben dann mit unseren 3 Kindern alleine mit Maria Palma erkundet. Ein herzliches Dankeschön nochmal. Wir hatten eher das Gefühl als gehen wir mit einer guten Bekannten durch die Stadt als mit einem fremden Guide. Die Kinder haben erstaunlicher Weise fast die ganze Zeit zugehört. Es ist sogar tatsächlich einiges an Info hängen geblieben. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße Besonders von unserem Jüngsten ;-)”
